Festivities at Stepgates
At Stepgates we love to make the festive season extra special for our children!
We have really enjoyed our Christmas festivities and Winter activities over the past few weeks, and it has been lovely to see so many parents joining our celebrations.
A huge thank you to all parents/carers who joined us for our Junior Christmas Concert and Infant Christmas Production ‘It’s a Party’ at St. Peter’s Church, Chertsey. It was lovely to see so many of you and the children were very proud to perform their festive songs to you all.
We also saw some wonderful Christmas jumpers, ‘sparkles’ and Christmas themed outfits, with all donations going towards ‘Save the Children Fund’. We raised £188.38 towards this very worthy cause. Thank you to all parents/carers for your continued support.
Wednesday, 13th December was a very busy festive day at school. The children enjoyed their Christmas lunch followed by a Pantomime performed by Troubadour, who presented their version of ‘Dick Whittington’, much to the delight of our children. They were also very excited to receive gifts from a very special guest! HO HO HO!
A huge thank you to everyone who has worked so hard this term on all the events and activities that have enabled the children and their families to enjoy coming to school to learn and raise money towards our swimming pool and learning environments.
