School council - Who we are and what we do.

The School Council is made up of two children from each class in KS1 and KS2. The children put themselves forward to stand as a Class Councillor and then explain why they should be selected. The class then votes on who they think should be their Class Councillor.

The School Council meets weekly with Mrs Pope. The children are encouraged to bring forward ideas that they would like the School Council to consider in that year. They are often approached by other members of the school community (Headteacher, other teacher staff, Governors and FOSS) to carry out tasks or gain feedback from classes.
