Surrey Fire Education Department
The children of Stepgates Community School thoroughly enjoyed their visits from Surrey Fire Education Department, and our Reception children were lucky enough to climb aboard the fire truck and squirt the hoses.
The talks included videos, games and role-play, which brought the lessons to life; each class was left with a sticker, activity sheet and book to keep in order to remember the fundamental guidance around fire safety for children.
We are so grateful for this fantastic resource and support of the children within our community.
